Abi is 16 years old and lives in Leeds with her mum, dad and two younger brothers. She has been dancing with Mesh Dance since she was 11 and trained in ballet, tap and theatre craft from the age of 2.  Abi got involved with young creatives in early 2020, she enjoyed taking part in the creative workshops and learnt new skills around film making.  Abi was diagnosed with autism when she was 8 and is passionate about inclusion and believes it is important to show the world what dancers with disabilities can do.

Three short films by Abi, alongside Choolwe Laina Muntanga and Tassia Sissins will be shown at Dance Futures as part of One Dance UK’s Young Creatives.
