Charlotte Jones

Charlotte Jones is a choreographer, performer, and teacher currently living in Toronto, Canada. Since graduating from the Northern School of Contemporary Dance (Leeds, UK) Charlotte has been dedicated to delivering dance and yoga classes to individuals of all ages and abilities.
She has taught classes for children and people with additional needs for well-established programmes including Yorkshire Dance’s Leaps and Bounds, The Seaglass Project, and Talent Hub, Northern School of Contemporary Dance’s Saturday School and Mind The Gap’s Dance Summer Sessions. Charlotte has recently created a Youtube Channel under her brand, Amala Movement, where she shares free weekly Yoga content, as well as continuing to teach online Dance and Yoga sessions for adults and children with or without additional needs.
Charlotte will be leading the practical session, The Value of Person-Led Practice, alongside Charlotte Armitage and Haley Graham as part of the second Breakout Sessions.
Talent Hubs Schools is a two year programme providing high quality, inclusive, creative dance for young people with disabilities or autism across Yorkshire as well as vital CPD training for dance artists in the region. You can find out more here.
