An advanced/professional level contemporary dance class: (Every two weeks)

This is a professional level dance class, but open to those with intermediate experience that want to have a go. It’s a loosely Cunningham based class including influences from other techniques and my own experience. The class is expressive, technically challenging, fast moving and full of performance energy while at the same time working fluidly within the technique aiming to get the most out of every dancer. The class is a lot of fun and I use music that inspires and adds to the performance element of the class.

Free Creative Dance Session: (Every two weeks)

This session welcomes everyone who wants to have a go at moving in a more creative way bringing both absolute beginners and more experienced dancers together in a relaxed, welcoming and nurturing way. Working with set sequences, games and the individuals own creative ideas the aim is to create a short piece of dance that could be performed and for the group to develop and grow.
