Yorkshire Dance and Leeds Let’s Get Active invite you to join a new programme of FREE weekly dance sessions at Middleton Community Centre, Acre Road, Leeds, LS10 4JQ.

Led by a professional dance artist, the sessions are designed to support people living with Parkinson’s to develop confidence, stability and strength.

The sessions are expressive, creative and promote feelings of freedom from the physical and social constraints of having Parkinson’s.

Suitable for all ages and abilities. Carers and friends are welcome to join the fun. No dance experience necessary, tea and biscuits provided.
