SOS Dance is a global movement with empowerment and confidence at its core. SOS’ mission is to empower a generation to believe in themselves, using dance as a source of strength, power and confidence which they can carry through to every aspect of their lives!

All SOS routines are choreographed by world-class A-list dancers who work with the likes of Beyoncé, Dua Lipa, Doja Cat, Rihanna, JLo and more!
