How to Book & Prices
Classes cost £6.00 per session or you can block book for £28.80 for 6 sessions or £54.00 for 12 sessions. Book online ahead of class.
What to Wear
Comfortable clothing suitable for working out and footwear with grip such as trainers.

About the venue
Changing rooms with accessible toilets are available on the first floor. Our building has step free access and lifts to all floors. Full access information is available here.
