The South Bank hub is a partnership of several organisations from the arts, sport, health and education sectors, led by Arts Development at Lincs Inspire Ltd and North Lincolnshire Council. Other contributing partners include Active Humber, North Lincolnshire School Sport Network, North East Lincolnshire Council, North Lincolnshire Public Health and Sports Development teams across both authorities.

They aim to develop talent and quality at every level of dance provision, including hosting professional dance residencies, providing showcasing opportunities, strengthening the boys dance sector, offering more grass-roots dance opportunities for young people, and providing dance provision as part of health initiatives.
