Yorkshire Dance is pleased to welcome Rachel Kingdom as our new Development Officer.

In this new role, Rachel will work with the Executive team to support and help deliver Yorkshire Dance’s fundraising strategy, working with charitable trusts and foundations and our corporate supporters.

Rachel brings a wealth of experience from the voluntary sector where she previously worked as Business Development Officer for Harrogate & Ripon Centres for Voluntary Service and prior to that at Henshaw’s Society for Blind People.

This is Rachel’s first fundraising role with an arts organisation and she is looking forward to the new challenge.

Rachel says, “It’s been a busy start to my new role and I am excited to learn about the wide range of projects Yorkshire Dance is delivering for artists and communities. It’s great to work in such a creative environment and I am looking forward to discovering more about dance and its impact.”
