Yorkshire Dance helps around one and half thousand people a year to access regular dance sessions in Leeds. We reach into communities who would not otherwise have these opportunities. Demonstrate support for your city by supporting our work.

Sponsor an Event

Over 12,000 people a year attend our festivals and events. Sponsorship packages are available for our Youth Dance Festival, FRESH and our Encounters festivals. The next upcoming event is FRESH 2025.

FRESH is our annual youth dance festival with an audience of around 1000 people including young dancers and their families. FRESH 2025 takes place in Bradford in Spring 2025.

Benefits of sponsorship include:

Adopt a Dance Class

We run over 1,000 weekly dance classes a year for the community of Leeds. If your business would like to ‘Adopt a Dance Class’ by making a one off donation or getting involved in team fundraising activities please get in touch. We can come in to your work place to talk about the session and provide resources to support your team’s fundraising efforts. All classes up for adoption are free and aimed at people who could not afford to pay to attend:

• Seacroft Youth Company for 11-18 year olds.
• Dance On sessions supporting over 55s around Leeds and Bradford to get active.
• In Mature Company sessions working with care home residents in Leeds who are living with dementia.

Team building movement sessions

Sessions are expertly facilitated by our in-house choreographer and can be tailored to meet your business objectives. We have led sessions to increase workforce creativity, improve internal communications and facilitate B2B networking.
