Tess Chaytor is the Artistic Director of TIN Arts, a dance development company, that is passionate about breaking down barriers to provide high quality dance experiences to all. Tess trained at the Northern School of Contemporary Dance and has worked as a performer, choreographer and teacher. Tess continues to teach & choreograph and creates high quality engagement programmes that champion Inclusive Practice including the Talent Hub.

Tess will be leading the Moving Beyond Inclusive Practice session alongside Tertia Brigham (TIN Arts) and  Ruben Reuter (independent artist) as part of the first Breakout Sessions.
