Max Cookward leads improvisation based workshops for people from a wide range of backgrounds, including professionals, students, non-dancers and people with disabilities. This workshop is suitable for ages 14+, with no dance experience required.

The workshops are accompanied by live music and DJ sets by Magnus Westwell. The research focuses on ideas around transformation and impermanence, drawing from visual arts and butoh practices.

The workshops aim to create a safe and curious space where participants are encouraged to explore their sensual potential, detach from their ego, and connect to their vulnerability and wildness.
