Max Cookward leads improvisation based workshops for people from a wide range of backgrounds, including professionals, students, non-dancers and people with disabilities. This 2.00pm – 4.00pm workshop is suitable for dance artists and those in vocational training.

The workshops focus on ideas around transformation and impermanence, drawing from visual arts and butoh practices. They aim to create a safe and curious space where participants are encouraged to explore their sensual potential, detach from their ego, and connect to their vulnerability and wildness.
