A sensational annual showcase of dance by young people aged 11-19 from the finest youth dance companies across Yorkshire, and part of U. Dance, a national celebration of performance by young people.

This year’s programme features a selection of screendance films alongside the live performances. Expect a wide range of dance styles and a raucous, jubilant atmosphere.

A panel of judges will select groups from FRESH 2019 to represent Yorkshire at U.Dance 2019 in London.

As well as the performances taking place on the stage of CAST, there will be a ‘fringe’ programme of performances in CAST’s second space at 5.30pm.
