Dance On is a fantastic opportunity for over 55s to try something new, get active and meet new people.

Dance On Pudsey is a weekly hour long dance session held in partnership with MHA Communities Pudsey and taking place at Pudsey Masonic Hall, 48 Church Ln, Pudsey LS28 7RF.

This session is a moderate/energetic class and is led by Rachel Clarke.

Whether you’ve always danced, or you’re wanting to try something new, everyone is welcome. This session costs £5 and your first taster session is always free.
