We have three studios available to hire. All three of our third-floor studios are fully accessible by lift from street-level.

Studio 1

With lots of natural daylight, maple-wood sprung dance floor, original wooden beams, good acoustics, up-to-date sound system and air conditioning, this is a great flexible space. Seating can be provided for up to 70 people. 165 square metres.

Studio 2

The smallest of our three studios is a delightful working environment – a bright and airy space, with excellent acoustics, sound system and air conditioning. Seating can be provided for up to 50 people. 88 square metres.

Studio 3

With raked, retractable seating for 80 people, our largest studio makes an excellent seminar, lecture and conference space. It can be fully blacked-out, and is used regularly as a performance venue for dance, theatre and spoken-word events. The studio is equipped with lighting rig and sound system. 192 square metres.

In addition to our studio space we also offer last minute stand by space for artists. We have office space available to rent. We also hire out our studios in the evening and at weekends for dance professionals to run a class.
