Refund Policy
If you have purchased a place on a dance class and are no longer able to attend we offer a full refund up until 2 weeks (14 days) prior to the first class of term. Refunds can only be issued over the phone or in person and cannot be processed via email. Please call 0113 243 8765 to request a refund. Any refund decisions after 14 days before the event will be at the discretion of the management.
In the unlikely event that a class is cancelled by Yorkshire Dance (e.g. due to extreme weather or a pandemic) we will either deliver a replacement class at a later date or issue a full or partial refund (i.e. equivalent to the cancelled session/s).
If you purchased a Pay What You Can ticket this is treated as a donation. We are very grateful for your support and the money raised contributes directly to the year-round work of Yorkshire Dance. Regardless of how much you donate, you are welcome to attend this event, but please note that Pay What You Can payments are not eligible for a refund if you are no longer able to attend or if this performance is cancelled.
If you are no longer able to attend but wish to transfer your booking to someone else please contact us on boxoffice@yorkshiredance.com.
In the event of a show or class cancellation Yorkshire Dance are not liable for covering external costs such as transport or accommodation.
Photography
To ensure everyone can enjoy the show without distraction we ask that you do not take photos or film during the during performances.
To ensure the safety of participants and to comply with our Safeguarding policies we ask that you do not take photos or film within dance classes.
Age Guidance
We provide age guidance for all performances based on language, violence and sexual content. This rating is for guidance only and we welcome parents or guardians to call our Box Office with any questions regarding content. Call 0113 243 8765 or email BoxOffice@yorkshiredance.com
Arriving late
If you arrive late for the start of a performance we appreciate that you will want to take a seat as soon as possible. To limit disturbance to fellow audience members and artists we may have to ask you to wait until a suitable break in the performance. Occasionally this may not be possible once the performance has started.
