About Open Level Contemporary Dance Class

Join this dynamic contemporary dance class, open to all skill levels. Rooted in Cunningham technique with diverse influences, it blends precision, expression, and performance energy. Guided exploration fosters growth and surprises, even for beginners. Set to inspiring melodies, it’s a rewarding journey of movement and artistry.

What to Wear

Loose, comfortable clothing for  unrestricted movement—think jogging bottoms paired with a breathable t-shirt. Socks, bare feet, ballet shoes or lightweight dance footwear like jazz shoes which prioritize ease of movement to fully embrace the fluidity of our practice.

About the venue

Changing rooms with accessible toilets are available on the second floor. Our building has step free access and lifts to all floors. Full access information is available here.
