We warmly welcome you to join us for a gathering of local artists in our newly refurbished foyer. Our Artist Social starts at 6.30pm on Friday, 20 November 2026 ahead of our annual scratch night No Dress Code.

Connect and chat with our Artist Development Producer and meet local independent artists to chat, discuss and get inspired. We welcome artists from across Yorkshire – whether you’re a student, dance maker, musician, community practitioner, performer, producer or an artist looking to connect to the dance community. 

There will also be an opportunity to pop into our Wild Hope Reimagined Installation and attend No Dress Code, our pay what you can scratch night.

This is a free event and there is no need to book.

Find us and access

Yorkshire Dance is opposite BBC Yorkshire and Leeds Conservatoire. There is step free access throughout the building and wheelchair spaces are available. Full access information for Yorkshire Dance is available here.
