We Danced, funded by Provident Financial – Good Neighbour Fund, was an intergenerational project that celebrated the connections we make through dance, bringing together older adults in care home settings with local primary schools in the Parson Cross area of Sheffield, South Yorkshire.

We Danced developed a small-scale touring performance to visit care homes in Parson Cross. The touring performance, titled Here and Now and created by TC Howard and a company of three professional dancers, focuses on creating quirky, idiosyncratic moments which bring together care home residents and primary school children in performance and play.
