Yorkshire Dance is proud to announce the line-up for Fresh 2018

Over the past couple of months Niamh Bryson, Youth & Community Dance Intern, and Sarah Lyon, Youth & Community Dance Manager, travelled to Scunthorpe, Hull and Barnsley in search of new and exciting work for FRESH 2018.

They attended four sub-regional platforms which acted as smaller scale FRESH performances. The aim of these platforms is to increase the number of groups engaging with FRESH from further afield than West Yorkshire. The platforms proved a huge success, bringing groups together through workshops and social media activities during the day, celebrating each group’s involvement in dance bringing together different styles and ages.

We’re delighted to bring FRESH to York for the first time and excited to launch the new strand, Fresh on Screen.
