“I have had the best morning!” – Dance On participant.

In June, Yorkshire Dance held a Dance On summer social, welcoming 70 older participants to Yorkshire Dance for a morning disco!

The day started off with a warm-up from Dance On artist Sophie Simpson which led into performances from the Chapel FM, Maecare, Bierley, Greengates, Shipley, Dance On Up, Sumangal, Holbeck and Harehills Dance On groups.

After a music themed quiz and plenty of refreshments, the Dance On participants took to the floor for a boogie with DJ Thomas spinning the hits of David Bowie, Luther Vandross, CHIC and Dianna Ross.
