Line Up Announced for FRESH 2025 Youth Dance Festival

We are excited to announce the line up for FRESH 2025, our annual youth dance festival, which is taking place at the Bradford Alhambra on Saturday 19 April.
You can expect high quality dance routines showcasing anything from contemporary to street dance (and everything in between). During the day all youth groups performing come together at FRESH workshops to rehearse a group routine which they will perform on the night as a grand finale.
Youth dance groups from across Yorkshire were selected by a panel of local dance professionals representing a variety of different dance styles.
Tickets are available now for both the matinee and evening performances.

Meet the selection panel:
Kiran Kumar
Kiran is the Project Coordinator at RJC Dance, providing opportunities in the arts for grassroots communities. Kiran has over 10 years of experience working as a performer, facilitator and programme coordinator and is dedicated to ensuring that young people, adults, elders and communities can succeed in dance. She champions the impact of dance, movement and exercise on improving physical and mental well-being.
Diana Ozola
Diana is a Project Assistant in Youth, Skills and Training at Bradford 2025 UK City of Culture. She has been working with young people in a variety of creative practices, particularly in theatre and performance, for over five years.
Ella Tighe
Ella is an independent dance-maker based in Bradford. Her first full length show Disco Queen is premiering in April which explores her experiences growing up as a competitive Freestyle dancer. She mentors students at Bird College, teaches yoga through Practice With Ella and curates BOLD! Bradford Artist Scratch Night.
Ella Fitzpatrick
Ella is a One Dance UK ambassador and a student of the Royal Academy of Dance with aspirations to become a dance teacher and choreographer. She is passionate about improving the dance education sector for young people.
Jonah
Jonah is a member of Bradford 2025’s Youth Panel and has a background in street dance styles.
Lydia
Lydia is a member of Bradford 2025’s Youth Panel and has a background in Ukrainian traditional dance styles.
