“With a background in television, theatre and outdoor arts, I’ve worked in the cultural sector for over 20 years. I come to Yorkshire Dance from my role as Interim CEO for Freedom Festival Arts Trust in Hull.

Before returning back to the north of England in 2021, I was General Manager (Theatre) of Shakespeare’s Globe in London and worked in administrative and finance roles in theatres such as Regent’s park Open Air Theatre, The Young Vic and Gate Theatre, Notting Hill. In my early years I worked for television production companies such as Endemol and Talkback Thames. I am also an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
