Accelerate: Skills Development Lab is a new artistic and professional nine month paid development programme for early-career dance practitioners, led by Yorkshire Dance and Northern School of Contemporary Dance, and supported by Leeds Dance Partnership. The  artists who have been selected are Áine Reynolds, Alethia Antonia, Alexah Tomey-Alleyne, Catrina Nisbett, Imogen Reeve, Inari Hulkkonen, Katy Hewison, Matthew Rawcliffe, Ruby Portus and Stephanie Donohoe. The programme will be delivered in Leeds and includes:

A week-long residency for initial research into project idea
Fee to enable up to two additional dancers to collaborate with chosen artist during research week
Access to mentoring from industry professionals
Access to working with independent producers
3x professional development Labs
